Para el alm\u00edbar cocer en un cazo el vino tinto con un poco de canela, la piel del lim\u00f3n y las peras peladas, partidas por la mitad y sin el coraz\u00f3n. Servir el pato con las peras en alm\u00edbar y salsearlo todo con la reducci\u00f3n de oporto.
