A continuaci\u00f3n salpimentar el pato (limpio y entero) por dentro y por fuera. Poner el pato en una cazuela para horno.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir el zumo de naranja y el Jerez o co\u00f1ac y meterlo en el horno.<\/p>\n<p>Calcular 1h de horno por Kg.
