{"id":7991,"date":"2019-04-05T20:49:31","date_gmt":"2019-04-05T19:49:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avinova.cat\/jabali-con-castanas\/"},"modified":"2019-04-05T20:49:31","modified_gmt":"2019-04-05T19:49:31","slug":"jabali-con-castanas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avinova.cat\/es\/jabali-con-castanas\/","title":{"rendered":"Jabal\u00ed con  Casta\u00f1as"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>800-1000g de carne de jabal\u00ed<br \/>\n1 cebolla grande<br \/>\n1 puerro<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo<br \/>\nharina<br \/>\nPara el adobo:<br \/>\n\u00bd litro de vino tinto<br \/>\n1 copa de co\u00f1ac<br \/>\n1 puerro<br \/>\n2 zanahorias cortadas en tiras<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo aplastados<br \/>\n6 granos de pimienta negra<br \/>\n1 fardo de hierbas arom\u00e1ticas<br \/>\n16 casta\u00f1as peladas<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de vinagre de Jerez<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cortar el jabal\u00ed en dados y dejar macerar durante 12 horas con todos los ingredientes del adobo: las verduras, las casta\u00f1as, el vino tinto&#8230;Pasado un tiempo retirar el jabal\u00ed del adobo, rebozar con harina y dorar con aceite en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1adir la cebolla, el puerro y los ajos, todo cortado. Una vez dorado, a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n las verduras, el jugo y las casta\u00f1as del abono.<br \/>\nDejar cocer a fuego lento. Retirar las casta\u00f1as una vez cocido el jabal\u00ed y pasar por el chino todas las verduras haciendo una salsa espesa.
