La salpimentamos por dentro y por fuera.<\/p>\n<p>El relleno: se saltean, en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de manteca, las ciruelas, los orejones, los pi\u00f1ones, las manzanas troceadas y el vino rancio.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez rellena la pieza, se unta de manteca y se roc\u00eda con el vino rancio. Se pone boca abajo en el horno en una cazuela y se cubre con papel de horno o de aluminio h\u00famedo en agua (que no se pegue). La dejamos hornear a 180\u00ba durante 1h por Kg aprox.<\/p>\n<p>Cada 20min la remojamos con el propio jugo y si es necesario, le a\u00f1adimos m\u00e1s caldo.
