Lo salpimentamos y a\u00f1adimos el pur\u00e9 de tomate y el vino. Cuando los pichones est\u00e9n casi asados los pasamos por un colador chino.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adimos los nabos medio cocidos con agua y salteados con mantequilla.<br \/>\nLos dejamos cocer junto con los pichones durante unos 20 minutos hasta que los nabos est\u00e9n bien tiernos.
